Hi readers!

There is really nothing I enjoy more than a lazy Sunday lunch with my family or friends, and Yum Cha (飲茶) restaurants make for the perfect setting. Originating from China (specifically Cantonese regions such as Guangdong and Hong Kong), Yum Cha is traditionally a lunchtime occurrence where people choose delicious steamed food from trolleys to eat together and drink tea. Due to Australia’s diverse population and multiculturalism, Yum Cha soon spread to Brisbane and now everyone can try it!
